2021 Rosé of Old Hill Ranch ($24)
          This vintage is comprised of 16% Grenache 68% Zinfandel 12% Mourvèdre and 4% Syrah. The grapes were harvested early, co-fermented cold and finished dry.  This year’s version is very pale and slightly copper in color.  While typically I describe it as having aromas of watermelon, this vintage leans towards cantaloupe and coconut. The acid is more modest than usual but the wine is very approachable and delicious.
